We all love making change – we get a buzz out of it! Coming up with new ideas as well as tweaking and redefining existing concepts is where we have our most fun.

We are a collaborative bunch and can be regularly found throwing ideas around, with the end result often being better than even we could imagine!

Our senior management team have worked in the industry for many decades and bring together a huge knowledge and varied experience across multiple parts of the business, such as Claims, Operations, Marketing, Product Development and Technology.

Alison Wood has 20+ years insurance industry experience. She has a thorough knowledge and experience across multiple General Insurance products and business functions, including Operations, Sales, Product Development and Third-Party Management. She has held a number of previous Senior and Exec roles at Saga, Avanti and Staysure.

James Fanthorpe has 20+ years creative marketing experience and has a keen interest in how technology can be harnessed to innovate in insurance. With a focus on user-experience, James has guided multiple insurance brands to market through practical marketing and design support.

We are based in Essex, in our own office, from where we sell, service and administer your policies, as well as deal with your claims.
